Missions and Care Share
At Trinity Presbyterian Church, we believe God calls us to love our neighbors in two directions:
-
out into the community and world (Missions)
-
in toward our own congregation (Care Share)
This page explains how we live out that calling together.
🌍 Missions
Our Missions Purpose
The Missions Ministry helps Trinity share Christ’s love beyond our church walls—locally, regionally, and globally. We partner with ministries and organizations that care for the vulnerable, support justice and mercy, and share the hope of the gospel in word and action.
Our goals are to:
-
Support ministries that align with our Reformed/Presbyterian identity
-
Encourage hands-on service and participation from members of all ages
-
Help our congregation see missions as a way of life, not just a program

đź’— Care and Share
What Is Care and Share?
Care Share is Trinity’s ministry of caring for one another inside the church family. When life is hard—illness, grief, surgery, new baby, job loss, or other struggles—we want members to know:
You are not alone. Your church family is here for you.
Care Share helps us live out Christ’s command to “bear one another’s burdens” in practical, compassionate ways.
How Care Share Supports Our Members
Care Share may help coordinate:
-
Meals for families after surgery, illness, birth, or loss
-
Cards and notes of encouragement and sympathy
-
Phone calls and check-ins for those who are homebound or going through a tough season
-
Hospital, home, or care facility visits (when appropriate and requested)
-
Prayer support through prayer lists or small groups
-
Practical help, such as rides to church or appointments when possible
We can’t fix every situation, but we can show up with kindness, presence, and prayer.
How to Request Care
If you or someone you know in our congregation has a need, please let us know. We cannot care well if we don’t know what’s going on.
You can:
-
Contact the church office
-
Speak with a pastor or elder
-
Reach out confidentially to request prayer or support

(Please note if your request is confidential or time-sensitive.)
